Cancellation & Refund Policy
Participants may cancel their registration anytime before the registration window closes for their respective event.
In case of cancellation before registrations closing date, a full refund of the registration fee will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Once the registration period has closed, no cancellations or refunds shall be entertained under any circumstances.
Athrise reserves the right to modify or update this policy at its discretion. Any such changes will be communicated through official channels.
